Malteser head has more racist connotations but even I'd put that under the same bracket as people calling someone like Phil Mitchell "potato head". People really need to just get over silly things.

Malteser Head is racist because it's an insult that is exclusive to only be used towards black people. Egghead or Potatohead is an insult that could be used to anyone of any race and still be in context, whereas Malteser Head would not be contextual to anyone other than a black person. That's why it's racist imo.
