One Zone got the 7%

[Merseyrail staff accept "sensible" 7% pay offer]

[Union members have accepted a pay offer
from Merseyrail in a deal they have praised
for being in keeping with the spiralling cost of living.
The Transport Salaried Staffs' Association (TSSA) said
the Merseyside rail operator's offer was worth 7.1%.
General secretary Manuel Cortes described the
deal as "a sensible outcome to a reasonable offer".
Merseyrail said it met with trade unions colleagues
as "part of our normal annual pay negotiations".]

From Ch4HDnews

George Martin
RMT Regional Manager
Glasgow Station

Network Rail plan to cut the Maintenance
in half.

He said the Public need to know that
as trains come off the track and fall down
embankment and people die.

Does that sound like a threat, or is it Shocking?

I'm stunned Labour hasn't firmly backed this action.
Stop faffing about Starmer and start to stand with the people he should be.

Genuine grievances here not helped by the present Con governments apparent disinterest and arrogance.

i'm very much anti-strike, but given the circumstances we all find ourselves in, i think its an absolute necessity that the government get it rammed down their throats that the public are suffering

Is there a strike on July 27? I need to take the Stansted express that day. Maybe I should go the day before.

Lets see if it gets suspended?

But going that day before
is a clever way to get there

Blair advised Starmer
it would help the Conservatives
win the next general election.
