Brenda had the housewives vote in that year, and the gay men vote, along with her own regional vote.

I just can't actively see who would pick up the phone to vote for her, adding to her minimal coverage she's had throughout the show. She's like Alisha, she will only get through on a good performance, imo anyways.

I think Ruth will be last Over 25 left standing. Rachel had so much hype, but I think she could lose her appeal.

I think it will be GB and Daniel in the bottom 2 next week, with Daniel going home. But I think JLS are also at risk.

Austin won't go for a long time. Eoghan has NI behind, similar to Philip in 2005. Eoghan wont go for a few weeks yet. Scott will be the one that improves along the way and people will want to watch his journey.

From the girls - Laura is the fave, but that isnt always a good thing. The week 1 fave has never gone on to win TXF. I think people will enjoy seeing Diana and Alexandra learn and grow along the way while Laura is already near her peak I think.

Groups will never win win. It's just too difficult for them to appeal to the public in a 2 min performance.

Who's to say Ruth won't get the housewife/gay vote? I think Ruth could easily get the gay vote, I could definitely see why she would be a gay icon. I could also see her getting the male vote for obvious reasons.

I think Ruth is going to be this years traditional female 'big' singer in the 25+ category who tend to do quite well. She'll be here for a few weeks.

Gay icons in reality shows tend to be strong females- Brenda XF2, Lisa BB9 etc.

she will. She will have the fans of Divas (women, and gay men) voting her, and a lot of 25- 45 year old votes. She has a powerful, and seductive voice. A dark horse who should go very far in this competition. It's about time we had a Diva win (Leona is still too young to class as a proper Diva yet, but I do love her)

The mature voters, will more likely go for a maturer singer like her or Daniel, that is why they are in the competition still.

No Alexandra will probably fall soon. All 3 girls are strong and popular, but they will not all be in final as their will be a 3 way split between people's fave under 25 girl until one of them goes, my bet would be Alexandra.

The Diva vote, as Ben already said, is by women and gay men and is essentially voting for a gay icon. I wouldn't say Alexandra was one, but I would say Ruth was.

Alexandra is also getting a bit too big for her boots. I don't actually think shes going to go far.

Rowetta did, Brenda did and Niki did. There wasn't really a big singer in series 3, well there was Dionne but I wouldn't really classify her with the rest, she didn't have a personality.

As much as I love Leona she has a long way to becoming a diva, it takes years to achieve that. She will one day become one, but not quite yet.
