I'll admit it I don't hate Sarah that much at all. She's not that bad. But she's possibly the most overrated housemate in the sixteen series of Big Brother UK. That's probably party the reason I don't like her that much. Sarah entered on launch and I was pretty excited on what she had to deliver she seemed like she would be one of the carriers of the series and she had all the ingredients to make a good housemate. She was feisty, strong opinionated but not nasty. However, along came Danny Wisker and things were pretty much doomed for Sarah after that. Danny managed to destroy any personality Sarah had and she pretty much just had around fifteen minutes each highlights with her 'will they/won't they' storyline showmance segment between her and Danny. Sarah became a robot of Danny and his group and pretty much went from being one of my favourites to fading into a housemate who if you brought up in a years time I'd be like. Hew?

Along came #4in4out and Sarah I thought looked set to stay. However, things took a pretty sour turn a few minutes before lines closed and we saw Sarah's nasty side as she attempted to blame Joel for Aaron's removal from the house. I'm not a massive Joel fan even but I think this crossed the line and showed me that she practically had no morals and was willing to defend her friends even if she knew they was in the wrong. Sarah provoked the situation with Aaron along her with her little minion Harriet 'flash him one more time Aaron' and this just basically sealed the deal for me that Sarah actually wasn't all that.

#4in4out came and Sarah was the last housemate to be evicted. Did she take her eviction well? No. Did she act like a sulky little bitch? Yes. Sarah was possibly one of the worst housemates ever to react to an eviction she was FURIOUS. Her behaviour afterwards on BOTS along with that of her BFF's Harriet was possibly the most embarrassing thing I've ever had to endure in my life.

That's the sad story of Sarah Greenwood who's potential was destroyed by one man Danny Wisker.

So Matthew, I don't really remember anything about him but I'll try. Matthew entered on launch night with, imo, a bag of potential, he seemed posh and the bitchy type, like Derek or Gina, and they always make great housemates. Sadly, he was a complete flop. Matthew got locked in a cage on launch night and to be honest he may as well have stayed there for the duration of his stay as we barely saw him again. Matthew's defining moment was of course his row with one Helen Wood, she got in his face, called him a skinny pigeon chested ****, shouted "ALWAYS IN THE RIGHT" x100y. There was something so dislikeable about Matthew for me though, he seemed so bitter and snobby, really thinking he was something special but was actually just a mind numbing bore who made a few bitchy comments. Matthew was evicted as part of the girl power week twist, which I was sad to see happen because it meant Ashleigh's scheming going to waste, not because I actually cared about Matthew. Then when he left he finally came out and is in a relationship with Mark Bryon. Get it girl.

#225 - Pauline 'Pozza' Bennett (BB15)


The most basic argument for Pauline's failure in this list, of course, is being the catalyst in Helen Wood's journey. That final pass might've been a flawed concept from the very beginning but at least give it to someone basic and obvious? Christopher? Mark? That would've been OK? I mean even at the point of giving it out, Helen was the most boring housemate in there by a mile. Zero buzz about her on launch night. Bizarre decision.

In the ultimate series of rapid turnarounds of public perception (see: let's evict Winston) (see: let's crown Helen) (see: Danielle's a homophobe but also the fan favourite), Pauline's was the quickest and the most sour. Launch night favourites seldom do well in Big Brother: a wacky and weird VT can definitely scrape you through a week or two but soon after that you're going to become Wolfy, or Laura McAdam. So when 11 bland nothings failed to stand out against Auntie Pauline (for obvious reasons) on launch night, thus began her journey of tragic delusion. Rejecting the second-launch housemates almost entirely, she flung her killer nomination at Jale and then, bafflingly, didn't seem cut up about it. Like she actually enjoyed giving it out and thought it was entirely fair. In fact for someone so teeteringly close to resembling a troll doll on steroids, she sure did love her body shaming; calling Chris "the short ugly one", the constant pulling apart of Jale in front of everyone in the kitchen, claiming she was eating more than her share even when her allies (Ash) said they had more food than Jale.

I just feel that whenever we bestow power upon a housemate and give them a little room to sit in, alone, to bitch about every other new arrival (see: Hopkins) it just immediately turns sour (see: thinking Ash is a candidate for the final pass on looks alone) and undoes everything about them with the swiftest possible action. We owe it to ourselves and to future housemates like Pauline not to build them up only to fall so quickly.

Also she loved calling people 'recidivist' and I don't think she even knew what the word meant

Also fuck that ho for thinking she can come in a year after Jackie Travers and pick up the "fitness mum" spiel. Get the hell out, bitch.

Either I’m turning into Hayden or Shanessa’s just that exciting to write about) entered with a hideous Scottish man witch, roughly thirty five glamour models and a man who ENJOYS TEDDY BEARS AND BISEXUAL SPANKINGS and still seemed like the oddball. Shanessa was Welsh, and not like the good Welsh, like Laura or Rachel Rice or Tom Jones. Shanessa was the bad Welsh, like The Valleys or occasional racism. Shanessa had tits. Shanessa rubbed said tits over Liam McGough on her first night. Shanessa had awful taste in men. Shanessa was part of the most Channel 5-ish non-Channel 5 twist the show’s ever seen, the Halfway House. Shanessa was as none-the-wiser as to what any of that meant as we were. Shanessa started in the Halfway House, then won entry into the main house by coming out of a box (as opposed to Liam who she wished was coming in her box), then was sent back to the Halfway House in a shocking twist known as “The Producers Ballsing Things Up”. Shanessa was evicted about as quickly as she entered. Shanessa would probably have been robbed had it been anybody else in her shoes (albeit not David either), but because she just wasn’t that good a housemate it didn’t really matter. Shanessa was a pale imitation of Kinga before her and didn’t even fill the role as well as Biannca many years later. Shanessa was just sort of there. Shanessa was somehow 26 years old.
