Thanks Jayson. I really dislike the guy now (which is amazing considering how much I liked him at the beginning. FYI - jobs are always there if you want one. My Dad's just been made redundant at 53, and will do ANYTHING to stay off the dole. I don't think they 'snigger' at her being on the dole - they probably resent it a bit as she's able bodied and doesn't have dependents to care for, so there's no real reason for her not to be in work and yet taxpayers are paying for her.

That said, it's still not right of them to judge either way. I'm just explaining the reasoning behind it.
