I think alot of people on this website, are being Idealistic and Naive.

I dont know wether or not i feel comfortable even saying this, because i have nothing against transexuals at all. But if someone is unaccepting of Nadia's past, then i dont think it makes that "transphobic" at all. Its a silly notion, but i have heard that view! Heterosexual men that hold the above view probably get slammed with the "ignorance" tag. And tbh i dont think its fair. If someone doesnt find her attractive, they dont find her attractive. Chances are if Nadia or other transexuals in general are with someone, they should open up about it and be honest straight away. Some dont as its reported and thats when the problems start. Lots of women can't have children and don't have monthly periods. Are they not women now? How about women going through the menopause, are they no longer women because they stop having periods?

No you're right. Being a woman doesn't depend on menstruation. It depends on whether you have XX chromosomes like females do, or XY cromosomes like men - and Nadia - have.

We can accept Nadia as she is, which I do. But you can't insist that people imagine she's a woman, because she's not. She is a transsexual.

I dare say that the "choice" was made before she was even born when sadly something went wrong in the code during development and her physical self and her mental self took different gender paths. Her choice (if you can call it that) was to try and redress the balance. I doubt she's done it for the lifestyle, but you never know.

I think that we really think alike about it but that semantics are making it look like we differ more than we do. The "choice" to which I refer is the choice of whether to have the surgery or not and therefore follow a lifestyle based on living as a female. That choice was not made before she was born, she made it because something was obviously not aligned in what you call the "gender code", and I agree. I'm not putting her down. All I'm saying is that she can never be a complete woman, but that I support the decision she made. I doubt anyone would make that choice lightly, and the lifestyle she has must be a difficult one at times.
