Heres the first Saturday ratings for previous series to compare (bear in mind they are all officials so this 2.07 will rise).

I can see this series matching CBB9 easily.

Predictions for BB tonight? Competition is stiff, Ripper Street, The Iron Lady, and Mr Selfridge, the middle of which is the network premiere of an only 2 year old Oscar winning film, the latter of which has a Dancing On Ice lead in, and all of which are big budget.

I'm not so sure, C4 should manage 2m+ for The Iron Lady, possibly more. Meryl Streep won best actress at the Oscars for it and as I say, it only came out in 2011 and the other two should both manage 4 or 5 m +. Combined they're bigger competition than EastEnders, and it's a Sunday.

Sunday is usually BB's biggest day though with people tuning in after the weekend.

Im going to watch the Iron Lady on +1.

Isn't Thursday BB's biggest day? That's why I always predict Thursday launches and am usually right.

I'm watching Mr Selfridge on +1 and recording Iron Lady for 11.

Hopefully they advertise tonight.

There will probably an ad during DOI, but I can see most of those that stick around after it watching Mr Selfridge, with ITV likely to plug the hell out of it throughout.

I did say that last night would be it's toughest competition yet, both were massively hyped, they were easily going to beat EE's 7m against it the other day and thanks for posting last nights ratings, 7 days without sleep (insoniac) finally took it's toll.
