Had some hits years ago, Smash Hits regular, "I Can Make You Feel Good" and "MFEO" being highest charting. Also came runner up in "Grease is the Word" on ITV where they were trying to find the new Danny and Sandy for the West End.

Big Brovaz could only get one girl (Nadia) to sign up so they didn't bother, feeling that with two vital members down it just wouldn't be right.

Also, Another Level were all for signing up (sans Wayne) but Alan Sugar wouldn't give Mark (his son-in-law) time off for a TV show. Hence why Dane joined 5th Story.

Seems like the least-known band, Girl Thing, has the best back story from what ITV people are saying.

Can't wait! Looking forward to Damage too, really good band.

It's not looking promising...

Last year's first episode got over a million viewers, this time got 572, 000.

And last year the tickets for the Hammersmith gig went on sale after the episode and sold out in 5 minutes...

This year's went on sale straight after... tickets still available...

WHY did they debut with Girl Thing?!?

Nevertheless, I enjoyed the ep. I think next week will have much better viewing figures with A1 and Eternal.

Exactly! What were they thinking?! They've only got themselves to blame if this goes tits up, don't care if people are like "who?", most people didn't know Honeyz last year but they ended up being probably the most interesting story-wise but at least START with people who most know, even if their story is pure lies for the most part (A1). Mind you Damage were well known back then but they didn't quite stay in people's memories.
