Like most are saying Linda was at fault here, all she ever wants is to have a go at Jim infront of everyone for nothing.

Ollie said we had drank nothing, Jim said they even got brandy and we never drank any and next minute Linda blurts out how she drank it and starts slagging Jim off for bringing it up and yet he never brought it up, he was trying to make the huskies feel better that they were on there side and won't drink and eat, it doesn't matter if he had drank the wine or brandy or not he was just trying to be nice, but nope #thuglinda had to steamboat in and blame it on Jim when in fact she was the one who said something, she is getting right on my tits now
and i wasn't even a fan of jim at the start but i honestly don't see him as being that bad, he is just a typical bloke and a dry sense of humour, i can be a bit like him at times thinking i'm joking but always comes across as bad

he walks away because he knows he'll lose his temper (which is probably the sensible thing to do) but also to impress the public I think. it makes him look good by attempting to avoid the argument even though half the time he is at fault (however not in this particular case),

Cba reading this entire thread, I can guess what most of the replies will be anyway but he just shouldn't have brought it up. Whether it was his intention or not it made Linda look bad for drinking one when she had every right to

It didn't make Linda look bad; the huskies weren't going to care about a bottle of cherry brandy that they didn't know about. Linda volunteered that information and Linda made herself look bad. If Jim had gone on to say "but Linda drank one" then yes, Jim would have been in the wrong, but Linda thinking that she's pre-empting Jim by beating him to it is 1) making her look stupid and 2) assuming that Jim is going to say **** about her which he's never said is precisely why people have been speculating if she's even coping with being in the house, she's extremely paranoid and bitter.

He didn't have the food though because the dogs weren't getting any, maybe he assumed they would get something to drink so had a little drink off something that wasn't part of the task..the brandy was part of the task so he declined on it which should be praised not ridiculed!!
