This is the latest legal problem for Bieber, who was arrested in Miami last week on suspicion of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired licence.

Court documents later showed that the charges had been narrowed to a single count of resisting arrest. He is due back in court on Valentine's Day

I've said it before and I'll say it again - he needs help with his mental health, not people profiteering out of him being overworked. His team are letting him do whatever he wants because scandals = headlines and making money out of Justin Bieber the product is more important than looking after Justin Bieber the person. I've never been a fan of his music but it honestly upsets me a little bit that a talented young boy went from posting YouTube videos to being a mega star to this... Why is nobody trying to help him? I'd bet any money his mother (I've never heard about his dad, is he around?) will gain conservatorship status over him once this escalates enough. He needs to be looked after and to be well rested. He's not being a legend, he's not trolling anyone, he's troubled and needs help.

And the white house has gotten involved as theres a petition to have hom deported which received over 100k signatures....
