It very much depends on the situation and context as with most things. If the guy was in serious pain and needed to sit down, I, personally would be concerned for his welfare first. . Dee smokes outside, as does everyone else,
. Edele did spill coffee over Gary, but she did apologise.
. It's other people's choice if they bather together, they didn't get a choice in Gary pulling his trousers down and exposing his bits.
. They kept multiple people up the first week, including Leslie, James and Dee herself, but as far as i'm aware, there's no rule in place about keeping people up, so they couldn't receive a warning over that.
. Denise was given a warning for pulling down one of the twins' trousers.

Yes but that was uncalled for she had to be warned as it was someone elses trousers. Possibly if Gary's knee had given out he couldnt have walked any further so his first thought was to put himself out of pain. Had he of got help he would have still had to pull his pants down.

Opportunists who seized the moment to capitalise and warrant yet more bullying. Gary should have thought but didn't, and it was wrong - wrong, but not unacceptable or unforgivable given his mental and physical health and the fact that it was not deliberate.
