I think it's up to the people really, but they should make sure they do it wisely and in places where people who really wouldn't want to see it don't basically, lol.
I know of people who have had sex in random toilets (even in transport ones e.g. trains), swimming pool cubicles and shower rooms, shop changing rooms, 'deserted' alleys/streets, some random corner in a nightclub where no-one would see them LOL, secluded areas on a beach etc., so really it is possible to do it without getting caught and just for the two of them rather than voyeurism! |

It is covered under the decency laws I believe
 I think that you need to think about the intention of being caught, if you have sex in a high street bus stop then thats probably going to get you into trouble. However what about those heat of the moment times when you are either out in the country and things get heated, or been for a drive and parked for a "chat" is that as bad as the bus stop. I for one have been in those heat of the moment situations, However never in a high street lol

I think as long as people under a certain age don't see it then it's basically fine.
Of course legalising it would ruin the fun, so it's best how it is.

I hope 11 year olds are'nt having sex! My Lil Sister is 11 and I've told her she isn't having sex will shes 30! And every Boyfriend she has i'm going to make his life hell!!

Regarding sex in public places - there is an offence called 'Outraging public decency'. Sex in a public place would apply here. If that's what floats your boat, then fine. But I don't really want to see it, thanks! And if you get arrested for it - well, that's your lookout isn't it?
