I like Ron,nothing wrong with liking attractive women hes young and single, I think he does like Lana a lot but that doesnt stop him finding others attractive,its what he does about it that matters,as long as he tells Lana if he is drawn to someone else,I don't see an issue,some of the girls like other guys too.

I don't think Tom has too many worries here. He has that many options available that he'll have something available. Ellie is a sure thing to fall back on, Sammi is available for him and seems keen and I don't think Olivia is gonna be too bothered about the kiss, I think she'll still pursue him. I think this will just put Zara out of the picture if she wasn't already.

I think the girls may all blacklist him .. they will see he’s not to be trusted if he can be flirting with Olivia and Sammi and whoever .. being Mr Nice guy but secretly snogging Ellie on the terrace .

The atmosphere in there is tense anyways so this may all blow up ..
