it certainly is. They've also won the the last 3 Super league titles in Rugby league. Not bad for a little town in Lancashire.

I wont be doing my premier league darts game this year..I left my magic stick with the ex in essex. If anyone wants to design a new game for it though I will be taking part.

Chris Dobey wins the first TV tournament of the year. Dobey is the masters champion beating Rob Cross quite comfortably in the final.

2 years ago Johnny Clayton won this tournament and was given a place in the Premier league, he went on to win that Premier League. Last year Joe Cullen won this tournament and was given a place in the Premier league and had a dart to win that Premier league. Will Dobey be given a place in the Premier league when it's announced on Monday?

Anyone watching the World championships?

Tonight saw the debut of 16 year old Luke Littler.

He beat former BDO champion Christian Kisst 3-0. Losing only 2 legs and Kisst didn't even play that bad.

Littler hit 7 180s in 11 legs. He finished with 107.9 average and 50 percent on doubles.

He'll be World champion before he's 20. If you watched tonight you saw the World championship birth of the next big thing.

He plays his next round tomorrow night. I am interested to see how he goes tomorrow against a more slower, methodical opponent and an opponent that has won a TV major this year in Andrew Gilding. I make Littler the favourite, but it will be a different test for him.

Peter Wright out. Loses 3-0

He joins James Wade as the next big seed gone. And Peter Wright and James Wade were in the same section of the draw. That section of the draw is opened up now. An old time legend in Raymond van Barneveld and the next big thing in Luke Littler are both in that section.
