Thanks everyone I'm just focusing on the fact I could be dead or have broken bones, it could have been so much worse.. Just so gutted that this has happened again, I was absolutely terrified of leaving the house, especially at night, when this happened 3 years ago and now it's happened again...

Ugh I know Claudia, who knows how badly I would have been hurt if I hadn't been with a friend... doesn't bear thinking about! Think I'll definitely look into getting some kind of therapy or support, it messed me up a lot when this happened 3 years ago, do not want to go through that kind of hell all over again!!
