Depends if the shops are open at the time doesn't it, or if Rita, Graeme & Tina are at home... Also any passengers on the tram, people walking by or, as has been said, people who survived the explosion in The Joinery under the viaduct are then flattened as they try & escape

Besides only 3 are supposed to die anyway...
