Last year Endemol released info on BB7 for the first time on 2nd May 2007, 16 days before BB7 started! If BB7 starts on 31st May then that might mean we'll have to wait until 15th or 16th May to find out the first bits of official info.

Channel 4 will really make a meal of it.

They have to after the CBB Jan. furore.

We need Big Brother 8 to be successful and popular and exciting. Late May would be nice

For some reason I think people have got back into the Big Brother mood far too early.

Maybe we shouldn't have started returning BB mode and BB forums until maybe this coming week, except we have all been around for at least the past two weeks, desperate for info, I can't remember being like this last year. The first I heard about BB7 was the eye flash, there was none of this desperation to find info like this year.

It's just irritating how people are saying BB will start in June because we don't have info yet.

And if BB is starting on 31st May then it isn't that late. It's only 2 weeks later than last year and 1 week later than BB2-6 started. Have patience people!

Yes! People are just expecting to get BB info because it's early May. If people are feeling let down or bored with BB already then it's their own fault for hyping themselves up.

If the house is still being built and the housemates haven't been finalised, then C4 probably just wanna make sure everything is finished until they confirm the start date. That way, if they say a start date now and haven't finished everything and have to delay it, people will be p***ed off, so it's best to just wait till everything's finished

It said on Inside Big Brother that the promotional stuff is gonna start this Wednesday, and Inside BB have been reliable in the past, so I trust them on that!
