I only turned my on to prove a point and it looks like the point is being proved for me.

I'll let the forum in on a little secret. Everybody always talks about CharlotteSometimes karma. I know for a fact that one person is responsible for about 80% of all of her karma. I was told by the person themselves who bumped hers up. He told me I was allowed to share the info with everybody too so that I could completely discredit the karma system.

I dont think there is anyone with very high karma whos got it legitimately.

Karma is just pointless. People don't get it for their posts, they get it for the personality they put into their posts and some people get it for nothing just for being part of a forum clique.

karmas good when you get people posting saying theyve seen something, if the user is new or has bad karma you know they are lying whereas if their karma is high then you can trust them (usually)

Spot on! Some babies always abuse it though. Pity Cause I think its a really cool feature! Perhaps if you could only give good karma?
