Maybe now you have all persuaded me to get involved with some mental health charities, once I'm a bit better, because I want to make a difference to people who are struggling and help them.

I hope so too, I think it runs in my family. My Grandad overdosed before I was born, my mum was a chronic alcoholic, and that's why I don't drink or do drugs, but like, the darkness is still there in me with no addiction to get out.

Thanks sweetie, I know neglect people on here too much, I have always felt not good enough for people, I have no self belief and very low self-esteem. I am weirdly quite confident though.

Thanks Amy, just letting it out onto a Big Brother forum with people I have so much in common with and adore so much means a lot. Nobody outside of this forum would understand how much of a family we all are, even the ones who argue and fight.
