Please consider the following when preparing your speech.

Personal highs and lows.
What have you learned from your time on the Apprentice?
Biggest threat/rival? What have you got that they haven't?
Least deserving of a semi final spot? Why?

Apart from all that, you can add anything you think is appropriate.

I'll post the order in which you'll 'speak' later. I can post for you if you can't be around if you pm me beforehand.

Of course you won't all need to do this, as the poll will determine who faces the Boardroom.

I'd like to open this speech by saying I respect all 4 of my fellow candidates and that I am judging this from the games perspective.

I recently have been watching a lot of Celebrity Apprentice USA, so when I saw that Katherine was going to be doing the next series of this I jumped at the chance to appear on the show.

I'd set it clear from the start that I was going to put as much work into this as possible and that I wasn't going to waste this opportunity, I have always tried my very hardest in every single task you have given me and I feel confident that I have achieved my goals here.

My personal high was when I proved myself in task two, Lewis was hesitant of choosing me to be on his team and I was the last one chosen, for me this gave me an incredible urge to do well in that task and to do as much as I possibly could to prove to them that I didn't deserve to be chosen last, I personally think that I firmly achieved that as I was given Star Performer and my idea won the task, which was an incredible feeling for me.

My personal low for me has to be task 4, at that point I was incredibly worn out after putting so much effort into the 3 previous tasks, I knew I wasn't doing as well as I should have, I just felt I was exhausted from it as I am not used to putting that much work and effort into it, to lose that task by a mile as project manager was extremely sad and disappointing, I was really fond of our idea.

In task 5 I was still tired, but I was also not as dedicated and motivated as I had put so much effort in, where as I didn't feel Jack (Who had personal reasons that I totally respect) and Jordan did as much work as the rest of my team had but still managed to float through.

Come Task 6 after two tasks of not doing as well as I could have, I'd had enough, I felt incredibly loyal to Vanessa as I had worked with her at the start.

Many of you may know this, but me and Vanessa had a huge falling out last year after Coach Trip, I hadn't spoke to her since really and I never ever ever expected in my life to ever be here singing her praises, but I am and I have gained so much respect for her.

I was disappointed when we lost Task 6 as I felt we had a good concept that honestly I believed in so much and had so much passion for, but obviously I am not one of the investors so I can't comment on why we lost, but it was definitely a learning curve!

On my time on The Apprentice I have learned so much about myself, I've learnt that if you are passionate enough about the challenge you can really excel and being here in the final 5 really proves it.

Also with the Vanessa point, I've learnt never ever to judge somebody from previous experience as starting from a clean slate is always the best option as it has helped me so much this series!

My biggest threat is definitely Loukas, he is such a genius, I swear he must be the son of Stephen Hawking and Vivenne Westwood, because he is such an amazing designer and writer.

I'm not the strongest at graphics where as Loukas most definitely is amazing at graphics, so if I could still one feature of him, It would have to be that!

I deserve a semi final spot as I am so so so dedicated and passionate about this series, I have so much more to give, I have recovered from that rough patch and I am ready to give it my all to reach the final!

If I'm honest I think Jordan is the least deserving of a semi final spot, I really like him as a person, but honestly I can count the amount of things he has done this series on one hand, I think out of me, Drew and Jordan I deserve my place the most, I have contributed the most and put the most into this adventure and I feel like I am the strongest candidate out of us three.

This series has really encouraged me to do projects, in the space of appearing on the show my journalism has improved a lot, I have learnt to be more creative and to let my creative side take over and I have just have encouraged myself to be less lazy.
I'd like to thank Kate for having me as I've had such a ball, its not been an easy ride, but I wouldn't have had it any other way.

I'd like to thank Shaun and Josy for keeping me this long and believing I have what it takes to be sitting here today in the final 5, it means a lot.

I'd also like to thank everyone who I have dealt with on this adventure, whether as a contestant or someone I have asked to contribute to a task, you are all the best.

Dont really have much to plea about, I feel like i've contributed a lot up until the last 2 tasks but i can't guarantee i'll be able to participate as much anymore so it probably wouldn't be fair to stay ahead of anyone else.
