Just saw an Australian report of the baby thing - apparently it was high winds there, thats why the buggy rolled that way, it wasn't sloped. Still - that video was shocking, I could barely watch.

Yeah it did the baby was fine.

Its happened before apparently with people who are working on railways who have been under trains.. nothing really happens.
