A few theories Pats. But since you are my Brain and I am yours, you know the answer - also: less time is spent acknowledging and promoting their favourites, in lieu of slagging off people who don't agree - I've never quite understood that. If I was a huge fan of Katie or Cher, I'd be enthusing about why I was a fan, what I saw in them, how their singing affected me, how i felt their performances were, how well they interacted or not with the audience.

Did the title of the thread just change I thought the thread was simply titled Cher and Katie. It started off with pics of them together - not much text mind - but then disintegrated, once again, into a series of horrible digs at Rebecca's appearance. I really don't get this at all. Firstly, because Rebecca is such a lady and would take a 25 mile detour rather than offend anyone, I'd guess. Also, the vitriol towards Rebecca seems to be coming from her stable mates' fans. What's that about Matt, Aiden and Paije's fans seem to have spent most of the day canvassing for votes for each other; which is very impressive.

But if this has become a fan club - with rules along the lines of an appreciation thread - I'll respectfully withdraw.

No need to withdraw Pats. It's not a fan club thread. the main board already has dedicated Fan Club Threads for both Katie and Cher independently.
