Thanks. I just actually think this is a problem too which has affected me at work recently (i.e. uniform being too big, getting into trouble for it, comments made bla bla) and so its not cool when skinny is hated too.

Im talking about people who genuinly complain to me personally about being fat but they still eat ****, its not actually about just people being fat its about their attitude to losing weight and their size, if they hate it and do nothing about it then complain to me constantly about it, it tends to piss me off.

So how is it ridiculous and shallow then? Since these people i talk of are the ones who are complaining personally to me and yet doing nothing.

Yes and people who are overweight and actually upset about their body and size, tend to be depressed and when they are depressed do you know how hard it is to even get up in the morning? Never mind get the motivation to go to the gym or eat healthy foods etc. When you are down you get into a bad circle and its hard to break. Its more of an emotional problem than anything else.
