How it works:
There will be 10 "rankers" in the game, who I will choose from whoever is interested to take part. If you want to be a ranker, make sure you are committed to writing detailed write ups in the ranking, are active to take part, and have seen most or all series of Big Brother UK. 18 (Eighteen) housemates across every series of BBUK will be nominated for elimination each round by one ranker (took in turns) - each ranker will then SAVE one housemate and ELIMINATE another, giving a writeup of 100 words minimum for them, which can be edited into their post at a later date if need be (however it must be before the round is over).
The nomination process needs to be done within 24 hours of the previous round ending or else the ranker will be skipped, they will also be skipped if they fail to submit their eliminate/save decisions. The 2015 edition of this game ground to an untimely halt because of some members being unable to complete their rankings and write-ups (due to holidays, work, or other problems) so in the event that someone wants to commit to this for the first week or so, and are unable to continue, I will happily replace you even if it is temporarily.
Once it is the ranker's turn to nominate, he or she must PM me their eighteen housemates they wish to put up. I will then find their corresponding Brantsteele icons and begin the round at a time most convenient for the majority of rankers. Once the round begins, it is very much a first-come, first-served basis with who gets saved, and who gets axed, so it is important to get in early if you think someone you love is in danger!
Each ranker is given ONE #FinalPass which will guarantee the housemate of their choice into the Top 75. In addition, the rankers are given a #SaveAndReplace which can be used to save an additional housemate nominated and replace them with someone of their choice, this has ONE use also. Given the nature of the game, your #SaveAndReplace will have to be used quickly once a new round of nominations is announced, to make sure your chosen saved-housemate doesn't get eliminated by someone else. Once a #SaveAndReplace is announced by a Ranker, the round will freeze so the new "replacement" can be edited into the remaining nominees. You can only use your privileges on nominated housemates.
Once the top 25-30 are reached, each ranker will rank them from best to worst, with a small writeup and the average score will determine the final rankings. Each participant will have equal say.
I will be giving preference to those who were reliable with the 2015 edition of this game. Off the top of my head, these members were: reece(:, Macie Lightfoot, MB, Pete, EspeonBB, Jake, Black Dagger and Daniel-X (there were a bloody lot of empty spaces, regular Daniel.! But you will have preference too). Like I said, in the event of a round taking too long, or one of us being away briefly, guest-rankers or reserve rankers will hopefully step in with a gentle nudge from me.
