It's been in the top 10. Oh you mean UK? It's either Top 10 now over here or was.

Oath has a really good chance of doing well because even some of those who do not like Cher have said some nice things about the song.

It peaked at #12 on Billboard Hot 100 (I think that's the main US chart?) but reached 4/5? on itunes and 9 on radio.

Hopefully now she's more known over there Oath will gain airplay quicker and it'll chart higher because I think that's what let WUB down a bit.

Savan Kotecha has predicted that Cher Lloyd's album Sticks + Stones will break the top ten in America.

The producer, who has penned songs for One Direction, Britney Spears and Usher, has predicted that the US edition of Lloyd's debut will enter in the top ten this week.

"We should have a top ten album which will be a big result for her - especially with just one single really," he told Sugarscape.

"She hasn't really started any major, major promo in America yet, she's doing that this week and next week, so that should help."

Discussing the new songs that will feature on the LP, including recently unveiled track 'Oath', he added: "There'll be one more song called 'Behind The Music', and then there's a bonus track called 'Riot' I think, but yeah, two new songs."

Lloyd recently conceded that she was "an absolute bitch" after she appeared on The X Factor in 2010, adding: "I raise my hands up to it. I was aggressive, I was cocky."

Thats an amazing job really.
