Thats actually a very good point.

Also, if someone went to war and they had children I dont think that makes them selfish.
Same sort of thing..

They said that on the news!

Heaps of people said that, first thing most people said actually.
But I didnt hear them, so I couldnt defend him against them.
I heard you say it, so defended him.
But what is there to defend? Why do you feel so passionate towards some guy from Queensland?
Because, I dont think what people are saying is very nice.
Location means nothing to me, hes a human being.
I dont feel just because hes dead, he should be forgotten
The same with ANYONE
He said many times that he knew people hated him and was fine about it so there really is no need to defend. He wont be forgotten, don't worry about that

But, loads of people ARE forgotten. There are people who don't even have a cause of death or their deaths weren't registered. That's not unfair? Just because he's famous, I'm not going to make a special effort remember him for being a great person. Yes, it is sad, I feel bad for his family, but I don't really think there should be an exception to his death just because he was famous. Ugh, I'm really bad at sounding too harsh.

Emz, I said 'ANYONE'
I dont know about some deaths because they arent public
Thats not my fault, Im not physic.
Someone dies every 3 seconds, if every death was in the papers/news then death would just take over everything..

Exactly, so why does HIS death get to be special? When I die, I know it's not going to be a public thing, because I'm not planning on being famous. That doesn't mean I don't want to be remembered.

Wait. I think I've lost the plot a bit here.

What was SO hard about letting me have an opinion on him? I said I felt bad for his family and that is paying respects

The arguing/debating could go on and on until we reach 100 pages but the fact is Steve Irwin is dead and IMO it's sad news, i didn't know too much about the guy but like most of you i have seen him on TV a number of times and he seemed like a top guy - no point arguing over something like this.

What that you didn't want to be involved anymore? That did us a lot of help

Sorry if that sounds rude! I don't mean to be rude. Just ... oh I don't know. I'm going to stop apologising for what I'm saying
