I didn't hate it but I did find it quite dull in parts, it was the first episode of the season I haven't absolutely loved. A less-brilliant episode of TWD is still better than the best episodes of plenty of other shows, though.

Morgan is tiresome and the whole Rick vs Morgan storyline that this season is heading towards has been done before in Season 2. I liked the whole idea of doing multiple episodes about one event from different perspectives, that was new and interesting but this episode just reminded me of everything I hate about The Walking Dead.

It was pretentious, overwrought, pointless and repetitive. Give us more episodes like the first three episodes and less of the high school dropout philosophy that the writers have been regurgitating since the start.

I actually liked Eastman until they they gave him a forced cliche backstory and killed him off in a way that both undermined his character and was completely generic. They should have been less predictable by not giving him a backstory and not killing him off. He's far more interesting as an mysterious master than a naive father with a tragic backstory, we have enough of those and we've seen enough one off characters bite the dust for it to become the norm.

If the writers were actually creative with their choices then this could have been a good episode but it just embodied everything bad about Walking Dead.

Another great ep this week, there was something really peaceful and simple about it all, It was like a film and a story all fitted into the one episode.

Yes I agree, I did love the first few episodes and all the action was great but I like a bit of variety too

I loved the episode even though it wasn't necessarily needed. I think bits of Morgan's back story could've been revealed in small segments across the season, but now we know everything. I think it would've been better trying to figure out what happened to him.

The episode was amazingly acted but I can see the comparisons to other episodes.

I'm looking forward to tonight's episode.

Yeah, that would have been better. I think a feature length bottle episode would have been better served in episode 2 or 3 tbh.

I guess they need those Emmy nods though.

..probably the slowest episode for me, but still a good one and showing how everyone in Alexandria are finally realising what they have to do to survive, with Deanna 'killing' her first Walker...she's starting to look very unhinged....I love the friendship with Maggie and Aaron...and maybe confirming that Glenn may be dead/with a new bond for her..?...hmmmm...

....I wouldn't want to be in a zombie apocalypse with a hormonal/pregnant lady..I can't understand how she's so convinced that he's dead or thinks it's such a strong possibility...in real life..(because obviously zombie apocalypse is real life...)...she would be the one who would be saying, no he's coming back..I won't hear anything else...while the others just give her sympathetic looks...with Glenn's sense of survival and all that they've been through, surely she would believe that he's still alive and making his way back ...what would be a real heart-breaker is that he did somehow survive and arrived back in Alexandria just as she was being killed, either by Walkers or Wolves.....

I was actually thinking the opposite Ammi, I thought when his name went on the wall that he was dead for sure and the feeling that Maggie thought he was dead too but then because they wiped his name off and she kind of changed her attitude by the end, I think he might be alive (which I think is crazy given the predicament he was in tbh) I also think Maggie as a character is better on her own rather than part of a couple.

All in all it was probably the worst episode for me but I don't mind one or two of those a season, has to be done
