Boris is probably scared of potential investigations, like trump was, so that's why he's so determined to hang on to power.

The poor guy has probably done nothing wrong himself - maybe just too trusting in the people around him ?

I honestly don’t know

You must know he's as corrupt as anyone. He's taken your rights away whilst making his donors richer.

He wasn't trusting anyone when he said "let the bodies pile high," as our brothers and sisters were dying by the thousands.

Nobody sane would ever say that so I’m discounting it completely

Genuine question, are you actually Boris? Or Carrie? I can’t see any other reason why a single person would be so adamantly devoted to the man

To what extent can Boris just ignore it all and carry on?

Like, the chief whip and a handful of ministers saying "you go or we go", he can just point to the door. What would happen if he simply ignored a losing No Confidence vote? Or whatever else was thrown at him?

Like what would actually happen if he kept "doing his job" despite it being taken from him?

There has been a lot of credible whispering over the last couple of days that Starmer has been fined by the 5-0. Both could be off pretty soon

Kept doing his job if it was taken from him

He'll end up having choice he will be forced to resign and someone else will take over.
