You can not watch Big Brother all you like, but a club for not watching it seems a bit daft. How about if I set up a ''Big brother viewers'' club?

Then knock yourself out, I'd have no desire to go in there and call your club pathetic or insult the people in it. If you and millions of others still find interest in the show, then who am I to judge and insult you? I'm not.

As for the club, I think it's more of a statement that for the last 7 weeks, the public have evicted entertaining housemates after entertaining housemates and we are now left with dull, uninteresting housemates. Plus, if you notice, it's not the members of the club who are provoking or 'inspiring' bad on the forum, it's those who insist on coming in and shouting their mouth off, those spending their time in this 'pathetic club' purely, IMO to cause arguments because that is exactly what they have done, yet us 'pathetic ones in this pathetic club' have just defended and reitirated our reasons for switching off, yet even after 5 attempts, some still aren't grasping it.

No, I didn't 'pick my faves' at all, because I couldn't stand Jen or Mario, they both irritated me so much, yet as housemates, they provoked some interest and if they were still there now, and Bex was gone, then I'd still watch, as I'd have interest in the show. Can I ask you one thing ... can you give me one logical reason as to why I or anybody else, would watch a show for 1 hour each night, when they do not have any interest in it? Can you give me an answer to that?

You can do what you want mate but my point is why make such a big deal of stating you're not watching it any more. The big characters are always evicted first in BB. Personally, I find it quite funny that each year we get the same old arguments about how the show cant survive with this one or that one. Its all ludicrous. A BB fan like me will watch it no matter what. If you don't want to watch it then fine but the club is too much and as a forum member I have the right to laugh at this club and all its stands for.

Well then that says more about those members who insist on doing that, not us, or me.

I don't know what Shaun's intentions were for the club, but I know I never joined as part of a tantrum or because I was such a loyal Bex fan. My reasoning for joining [whether you wish to believe or not] was because I no longer have interest in it, and yeah I could have switched off quietly and not made a fuss, but it was more of a statement on my part, to show that due to the public's insane [IMO of course] voting, they are losing viewers, because this is the first time I've ever switched off.

almost near perfect performance their apart from the fact that viewer ratings have gone UP this week.

Hey, if being such a loyal BB fan means you'll never switch off, even when you have no interest in something, then Channel 4 needs more GiRTh's, but I personally am not willing to sit through something I have no interest in.

And to be fair, we didn't really made a 'big deal', it's one thread, in her forum, yet you and others coming in here calling it pathetic, is turning it into a big deal. I've also explained my reasoning below for actually joining the club, not switching off.

Plus, isn't it a slight contradiction that you say as a forum member you have the right to laugh at this club and all it stands for, so using that logic, as a forum member, am I not allowed to join the club then? As a forum member, is Shaun not allowed to create this club?
