All of my uni friends think that I have an eating disorder. All I eat at uni are Go Ahead bars and they think I should eat more lmfao. That will not be happening.
There's something about eating a messy, sloppy wrap in public that just terrifies me to my core.

Like I could eat small bits of food, but unpredictable foods like wraps or sandwiches which could go everywhere I could never lmao, and I only eat small amounts in order to look healthy lmao

i had something similar last year where i literally could not swallow anything properly and had to have a drink on standby for every mouthful
i was scared i was going to choke, it was random and its one of the things, if not the biggest thing that led to me finding out i had anxiety |
