Lisa is a soft person...kind hearted...and he was spiteful because he said it when she didnt have a cigarette.

In a delicious twist, it appears lisa is attempting to play the victim

Is this not what her rant at freddie was about, his apprent turning things round and playing the victim? Now poor lovely lisa feels ostracised by freddie, she never did anything wrong to/about him.
