The Kris and Karly 'out on the town' pics were taken when Kenneth was still in the house so i'm pretty sure it probably happened then.
Come on!
They went out clubbing together and then back to the same hotel.
She's a horrid person but there's no denying her physical hottnes so, Kris being Kris, i don't think there's any possibility he would have said no.

I reckon the only reason Kris started appearing on BBLB and iun Sophie's message is that he knew his 5 minutes was up and it was looking more and more like Sophie could win at the time so he's smelling the money.
His agent has no doubt told him how much they could get for a "Our Story" type deal in Hello or OK or whatever rag mag too.
He's basicly trying to leech onto someone else's 15 minutes of fame because his was up long ago and even then nobody was interested.
