According to Makosi, Derek never considered Eugene a true friend. She thinks the lad should save his tears.
She told Kinga about a conversation in which Derek had told her he hadn't come on the show to make friends and that Eugene was not his type anyway.
"He said to me, Eugene is not my sort of friend," Makosi revealed to a shocked Kinga.
"That was quite mean that Derek said that," Kinga replied, looking across to where Eugene was still trying to come to terms with his loss.
"When he comes out, they'll show him," she worried.
But the girls agreed to spare Eugene's feelings for now.
"I'm not going to say a word to him," Makosi decided.
