Default Mario's WEIRD accent
His mother is Welsh his father Italian, he was brought up for a while near Venice where he spoke italian. NOW he has a really weird AMERICAN accent!

He just subconciously mimics twangs of the people around him (to the best of his ability) in an attempt to get them to like him and 'adopt' him.
