Ben's manipulation will fall apart when it gets back to people that he's being bitching about them;he can't handle confontation,he just collapses and asks for forgiveness.

Govan is the best manipulator because even when people find out what he's been saying, he always makes it sound rational/laughs it off,and gets them back onside.
