I could but it'd be a pretty large file because animated GIFs aren't very small - that one of Andrew only goes for 2 seconds and has its size quite reduced yet it's 1.2mbs which is about as big as you'd want at a forum.

I've got things to do now but later tomorrow i'll make one of one of his "Ben-style single-action starjumps"

If you want to make one yourself in the meantime my recipe is simple ...
1) Cut the segment of the .AVI file you want, i usually use AVISplit Classic
2) Resize the dimensions of the clip to make it smaller in size, i usually use Koyote Free Video Converter
3) Convert the .AVI to an animated .GIF (and delete any frames you don't want), i usually use GIF Movie Gear

[edit] - Just had a few extra minutes free so made a clip, took about 10 mins all up to do ...
