Cheryl of course has the right to speak her mind,and does. However no one has to have their own opinion unless they agree with her or she gets moody and/or goes for them.

Ms Cole would hate it if someone like me was ever on X Factor. She gets away with anything and everything and in my view the production team bending over backwards with Simon's approval to keep her as happy as they can has ruined the X Factor this series.

I am glad Louis stands up to her,I just wish he had someone with the backbone there with him to back him up when he is right in his criticisms of her, I sure would.

Louis will not bother whether she likes him or not this week,he's used to being attacked,however no one likely ever really knows when she likes them anyway.

As a Cher fan I disagree with Louis, thats if he did say those things and we know how the press can twist things.

However as for accusing Cheryl of favouring Cher that could be true but he's favoured JLS, Jedward and Mary the last 3 years over the other acts in his category IMO so a bit hypocritical there but still he is my favourite judge and I do agree that Cheryl needs to focus on Rebecca more.. however the two girls will both get record deals regardless where they finish.
