be fair rebeckha has not once said she is a trained dog handeler and look how well behaved aden is < she dose not always brag about it lol if i worked with her i would be disgraced to tell anyone and shame on the company that employ her <

You can't actually count being a Samaritan as being a trained counsellor, their job is purely to listen and not actually counsel at all
