I went for

Seat 1 - Locke. The one who's opinion is hard to change and who's quite critical of the contestants, but is really complimentary of his own acts.
Seat 2 - Munchkins. The really nice and pretty one, that everybody hears talk and says 'aw'. Always defending the contestants.
Seat 3 - Mollie. The nice one that gives good constructive criticism and knows a lot. The one that most people want to mentor them.
Seat 4 - Karl. The funny one that doesn't always make sense but is loved by the public nonetheless. THe one that's most likely to pick the obscure acts like Wagner

Simon seat - Shaun - the music critic who isn't impressed very easily, is also very knowledgable about everything ever.
Cheryl seat - Ninastar - loves pop music, is also probably shagging Shaun behind the scenes in between nice comments.
Dannii seat - Mollie - always has balanced opinions, has fierce hair
Louis seat - MrLuvaLuva - has nothing in common with Louis Walsh and actually knows a lot about music unlike Louis Walsh, I wish he'd replace the real Louis Walsh on the show.

I voted myself because I've seen every series and know what to look for.
Karl - because somebody has to be the irish one
Ninastar - young lesbian girl, will be able to supply the sexy females who end up losing out early on.
Lee - mature lady who can have the overs category every year, she knows what to look for sexy male wise.

Dezzy - the sassy black judge who disappears every other series to film her reality TV show. Is known for her catchphrase "I ain't got time for that!" and for throwing a frappucino over Cher Lloyd
GypsyGoth - the encouraging, friendly judge who everyone wants to mentor them. Has penned some fantastic Finnish pop hits and is arguably the most successful of the panel.
Vanessa - the Italian temptress who has to fan her vagina every time a boyband finishes performing. Has been known to run on stage and grab crotches.

From those on the list I have chosen,
Kate,Niamh, InOne and Shaun.

Kate, because she would tell it as she saw it,with fairness being her guide though.

Niamh, because she has good taste and sees the good sides to acts like Jedward too, allowing the fun element to be part of X Factor.

InOne,because he loves Oasis and therefore his view of groups and singers must carry great weight.

Shaun, because he seems to like and know a great deal about music from all decades and genres,he would therefore be able to pick out the very best of the acts.

Claudia would be the worst judge. I'm not being mean but if she was a judge they'd be about 400 acts at bootcamp

Dezzy - i've always thought that he would make a great Simon Cowell like figure.
