To CBB or not to CBB ... Lindsay Lohan is STILL in London

LINDSAY Lohan has been spotted out in London again, re-fueling rumours that she'll be appearing on Celebrity Big Brother.

This time, former jailbird Li-Lo was seen leaving China Tang at the Dorchester in London with friends and heading to the nearby Mandarin Hotel.

Dressed in a short, black, lace-trimmed dress, knee-high boots, black tights, a matching velvet coat and scarf and a Chanel snakeskin bag, Lindsay looked relaxed and happy.

The Hollywood star arrived in London late last month causing rumours about her appearance on this year's CBB to spiral.

And despite being here ever since, Lindsay still hasn't joined celebs Frankie Dettori, Page 3 girl Lacey Banghard, X Factor's Rylan Clark and The Hills star Heidi Montag in the CBB house.

This current visit to London is the troubled actress's first trip to the UK since her last visit in 2009.
And she's been keeping herself busy while she's here.

Despite struggling with debts after having her bank accounts seized by the IRS for unpaid taxes, Lindsay has been seen shopping at Harrods during her current London jaunt.

She's also been out on dinner dates with a mystery man and, on another occasion, her mum Dina.

Linsday said: "I feel very blessed to be able to spend time with my mum. Very grateful.
"May only good things come this year."
