Default BB Xtra Different Twist
Don't know how reliable they are, but according to them the twist is not that the nominations will be played into the house but in fact that the housemates' Mothers will nominate for them.

I don't know whether to believe this but I'd definitely prefer it over just show yesterday's nominations.
