Yes he had make-up on and depending on the settings on the monitors he may have looked worse than he seemed on OUR screens, he definitely had lots of Max Factor's best.

If you re-watch that vid., at the time Hazel was saying he looked orange the camera showed Dexter in close-up and the make-up was quite obvious.
