Wasn't really sure what to put as the thread title but...

Is there any tastes/flavours you like but don't like the actual item they are named after or taste like or vice versa?

An example of what I mean:

I love mushrooms but mushroom soup makes me feel ill

I hate prawn cocktail but like prawn cocktail flavoured crisps

I like smoked bacon but can't eat smokey bacon crisps...

Same re: prawn cocktail crisps.

Also, I love pickled onions but hate all other kinds (unless they're a very small part of a sauce/salsa/etc.)

Can't think of any others.

I dislike any so-called "flavoured" crisps, crisps should taste like POTATOES!

The absolute best tasting ones at the moment are "Ruffles" by Walkers, but I only buy them when Asda has them on at half price, which is about every 3 weeks.

Yeah they kinda do I suppose.

I remembered another one, coffee makes me feel sick even the smell of it but I quite like coffee chocolates.

I like Chicken But I won't eat anything that is laughingly called "chopped and shaped" or reformed, both are euphemisms for Minced or even worse "mechanically recovered" which is a euphemism for "SLURRY"

I love fish fingers, but am not a fan of fish. I don't like anything too fishy. If that makes sense?
