Yesterday I allowed myself to be drag into an argument and said some very ugly things which I am deeply ashamed of. As a result of this I was given a 24 hour ban which I have now served.

I completely accept the punishment I was given and am not angry with the decision, if anything I am angry with myself for my appalling behaviour.

During the week I have a senior position within my firm which is often very stressful and when I have some spare time I like to come on here and talk about one of my idols Shelley Smith.

I hope everyone who reads this can forgive me for yesterdays episode and put it behind them as I am trying to do.

I have used the last 24 hours for self reflection and have accepted where I went wrong and how I can ensure this doesn't happen again.

What do you say guys, can we start again on a fresh foot?
