I prefer private nominations in diary room but remove the "no talking about nominations" rule. Housemates can easily get round it anyway by having chats such as "who do you least get on with" etc and always have done. If remove the no discussing nominations rule, you can have tactical voting and alliances, BUT a housemate will be able to change their mind in privacy of diary room.

So much depends on the order of the noms if its live. They might react a bit differently if there is cash involved as this is supposed to be money power week. I also think it will be set up to show up the hypocrisy displayed when Marlon hit the button

Only if they have told BB who they will nominate first and then if they change it at face to face BB can replay their original selection and that will be the one that counts.
