I just got a letter from my workplace asking for my visa. WTF? EU nationals don't need a visa to work in another EU country. Plus i have a certificate of permanet residence, that says i can work here. I'm so confused!

i just read online that a certificate of permanent residence is valid for no less than 10 years. Mine is from 2009, so it's still valid.

it's ok. i spoke to my workplace. They know i don't need a visa.

They probably have to ask everyone....we have to get passport ID off all our workers to comply with Home Office guidelines.....glad its sorted though
