obviously not having the intellect to think up new ones as not a very good sign of proving her self-belief

It is pretty close to a good description Mock, it may even be a bit too nice in parts.

I have seen her a couple of times smile but I am not sure even that comes across as positive as to her.

That has to be one of the most ridiculous statement I've ever read. Now if you had said, "More like the CBB viewers sweetheart" whilst I couldn't agree, it wouldn't sound quite so ridiculous. I really hope with all in me that I am a bit better person than Katie Hopkins Kazanne.
I hope I never degrade, insult and attack from a privileged place people who are in need and who are weak. poor, starved of opportunity and also really ill.
I hope I always will find the time to reach out and not judge and condemn,like she does, those in such often sad, desperate and unfortunate situations.

If I ever came to hold any of her views as to those people, I hope I would come to feel deeply ashamed of myself and I know for sure my family would be ashamed of me if I was.
