Bit of a confusing quiz really, I swear there's a couple of times where the criteria applies to more than one person. Like where it has:

Lives in New York City (at start of series)
Ever been (or gets) married
Lived in one of the two 'Main' apartments*
Meat-Eater
Went to high school/college with another main character
Ever been Maid of Honour or a Best Man
Doesn't have a Ph.D.
Smoked a Cigarette (on camera)

That's apparently Lily but it also fits for Marshall surely

It was easy for me, what I did is put other characters where I think they go and last one standing I press and bazinga .
