Just wondering what the worst thing a customers said to you? I got called a little bitch a couple of days ago because they didn't have a customers size in a coat, she said it about me to her boyfriend/husband

I was a bit shocked but the people I work with say that's tame to what I'll get over Christmas

I'm not allowed on tills yet too young but I'm dreading it because you're stuck there and you have to try and make convo

Obviously, it's only unprofessional if you argue with the customer and tell them they're wrong. I have never done that in my life, I just kept it to myself and spoke about it afterwards to my friend after work.

A customer played the race card because she rudely just came into the shop and didn't bother to wait in line and I told her where the queue is nicely and told them I have to serve other people first as they waited.
