I applied last year - via making a 60 second video - and got invited to the audition day in London at Westminster Uni. No agent or representation.
I reached the very last few being considered. I was asked for my measurements, was I allergic to latex (!) sign over my medical records etc, diet requirements...the lot. Met producers, had to do a mock 'diary room' chat.
The day starts with a big crowd which is gradually whittled down. Also auditioning that day through the same process was Pie Face, Joel and Eileen (possibly others who I didn't spot).
I don't think having an agent is vital - it's more about being original, true to yourself, and keeping the producers interested

Does anyone know if the Big Brother Auditions Twitter and Instagram is legit? Cause they message people who are attractive and fast track their application (or so they claim).

I googled the places the Twitter says they're going to, and none of them mention Big Brother on the websites or Twitter. One of them has an events schedule, and BB isn't even mentioned.

Hmm it's just they messaged me last week for my contact number and email address and said casting will get in touch (basically I wouldn't have to apply online and would go straight to auditions). The followers on their Twitter include official Channel 5 profile and past housemates/celeb housemates.
